Shipping & Delivery

For your shopping convenience, we use the most reputable and reliable carriers to deliver your orders. Shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the shipping method you choose upon placing an order. Please take note that the shipping method you choose does not mean that you will receive your parcel on the specified number of days. Shipment date will start on the day we ship your order not on the day it was placed. However, we always make sure to process all orders in a first come, first served basis. Please be advised as well that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In addition, orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, will be shipped the following day..
Customers will be notified once their package has been shipped either through email or text notification which already includes the name of the shipping company and its tracking number so they can track it online or contact the company’s hotline.
Hence, please be advised that we do not ship to PO boxes so always use a physical address where you want your orders be delivered to. Lastly, make it a habit to recheck all information entered prior to submitting the order because unnecessary changes will not anymore be possible once orders have been places and processed

This Privacy Policy descrives how Shop Value Plus uses and safeguard any information entered on our website. There may be times that you are asked to key in your personal information like name, contact details, address and other relative information to complete your order. We only use the given information to better improve our site and services and also to send you future mails regarding new offers and promotions that we may have. However, we are committed to securing your information from any unauthorized access. We guarantee that any information you entrusted on our website is safe and protected.

Returns & Replacements

For the first 30 days after the order was made, customers may return the item for a full refund or replacement excluding shipping charges. Item should be shipped back with its original packaging including all accessories, user’s guide and booklets.
If items were received defective or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to process replacement. If it is received damaged, notify us as soon as possible as well to process a parcel damage claim with carrier.
When items are received back, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 working days if proven they are really defective, incorrect or damaged upon arrival. However, if an item claimed to be defective/incorrect, will be found in perfect condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount and process may usually take 5-7 working days as well.


In placing your order, select first the exact product you want to buy then click on it so you will be routed to the product page and view all information related to that item. If you wish to proceed with your order for that item, click on the "Add to Cart" button and you will be routed to the next page where you will be asked to enter how many units you want to purchase and so with your payment details.


After placing an order, you can view all your existing orders as well as your previously made orders under "My Orders" tab. This will give you a list of all those items you recently bought, how much you paid, the seller's name and when you'll expect them to arrive.


If you wish to update your information like billing and shipping address, just go to your Account Dashboard and click on the "edit" link to change the existing information you have on your account. Or you can simply click on the Account Information link on the left side to change it then hit save.
